Absolutely love the shoes. They fitted perfectly but the box was damaged which damaged one shoe. I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new pair free of charge! It was damaged in transit but they were amazing and I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending broken shoes back. I feel very lucky. Stacey
