If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer free returns for all items. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

**Return Process:**

2. **Packaging:** Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Items must be in new, unused condition, and must include the original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns for customized items or any product that has been used or damaged due to improper handling.

**Return Conditions:**

1. **Return Period:** You have a period of 14 calendar days to request a return from the date of receipt of the product.

2. **Product Condition:** The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. **Return Costs:** The shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches our facilities.

4. **Refunds:** Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund of the item’s price. The initial shipping cost of the product will be covered by us.


NOTE: In compliance with European consumer protection regulations, specifically Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, it is established that certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health protection reasons. This includes, among others, underwear and swimwear.

Since bikinis and swimwear are considered products that can come into direct contact with the skin, we do not accept returns. This policy is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

**Exchange Policy:**

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a full refund and placing a new order.

**Cancellation Policy:**

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as all our products are prepared and handcrafted to order. This means we start the process immediately after receiving your order to ensure freshness and quality. To cancel, please contact our customer service. After this time, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
