3. Packaging: Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
4. Return the Item: Drop off your return package at any UPS location using the prepaid label provided.
5. Refund: Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be in new, unused condition, and must include the original packaging and tags.
• We do not accept returns for customized items or any product that has been used or damaged due to improper handling.

Free Returns:

Khepris covers the cost of all returns. You will not be charged for return shipping, and we provide a prepaid UPS return label to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a full refund and placing a new order.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business daysafter we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds:
